At Andrews Rentals we offer an extensive range of products. You can choose from refurbished items with half price offers or brand new items featuring all the very latest features and facilities. If you are after something specific please give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Making your payments couldn’t be simpler. If you have an active email account we will send you your Direct Debit in email form for you to complete. If you do not have an email account we will set up a Standing Order on your behalf.
We do not ask for any form of deposit from you. All you will be asked to pay up front is the Administration Set Up Fee for your new account. Your first rental payment will not be required until the day of installation.
You will be required to enter into and sign an agreement for your rental equipment. The minimum term will vary from 12 months upwards. Please contact us via email or call us on 01206 767600 to find out more.
Any malfunction of your rental appliance is fully covered by ourselves. All you need to do is call us on 01206 767600 and we will endeavour to get an engineer to you that very same day. If that is not possible it would be the next working day. Our engineer will try to repair your product in your home. If the product needs more extensive work we will replace the item with a loaned courtesy product until your appliance is ready to return to you. If a repair is not possible for any reason your product will be replaced.
Please note. Your appliance is not covered by us for accidental damage or theft.
The account set up process is quick and easy to undertake. We will always deliver your new appliance as quickly as we can based on stock availability of your chosen product and all of the necessary information required to set up your new account being readily available.
We will ask you to provide the following.
Proof of ID (photo ID. Drivers Licence or Passport ETC)
Proof of Address (Utility Bills or Bank Statements ETC)
Two Family Contacts. ( Name, Address, and Contact number for two family members living at two different addresses to your own)
An active email address. (This will be used to set up your Direct Debit. A Standing Order can be set up if you do not have an email address)

We do deliver at weekends on a Saturday as well as Monday to Friday during the week.
Our deliveries on any day take place between 9am and 5.30 pm.
We will get an engineer to attend to your problem on the same day whenever possible. If this is not possible then your visit would be booked for the next working day or a day of your choice.
